Reviewers are mixed on how much sensitivity they cause — some have none, some space out their treatments to reduce sensitivity, and some say they get some temporary sensitivity. Some reviewers suggest cutting the strips in half so the treatment is just on the front of the teeth to help (and hey, that means you get twice the strips!). 

Promising review: "I haven't used Crest Whitestrips in over 5 years. Since then, my teeth have stayed really white, and I frequently get compliments or questions about how I got my teeth so white. I decided to get a box to boost the whiteness of my teeth. Wow, I was shocked at how much these have improved!
