Dear @Delta I’m Delta 360 and a Million Miler. This morning I paid for a Delta One seat from NYC to LA and when I got on the plane it was not a lay flat seat. I was very disappointed

Delta One is the company’s highest level of service. Per their website, a Delta One experience offers passengers “unparalleled luxury on long-haul international flights with a flat-bed seat and fine dining.”

Delta 360 is a luxury, invite-only loyalty program offered by Delta Air Lines to its highest-spending customers, while a Million Miler is a Delta customer who has flown "millions of miles" with the company and its partners.

I totally get that people should receive the product or service they pay for, but bro…my man, there’s a time and place for complaining about lie flat vs standard recliner. You ain’t getting any sympathy here

“I would be mad if I paid for a Delta One seat and it was not what a Delta One seat is advertised to be, but I also wouldn't bitch about it on social. Just complain to customer service,” someone else said.

“he's absolutely right to complain publicly and I genuinely do not get the pushback to celebrities complaining about huge corporations openly,” one more person said.
