Officials say a gunman executed eight children, seven of them his own, inside his Shreveport, Louisiana, home before leading police on a chase in a stolen vehicle and being killed by officers. The man also shot his wife and another woman believed to be his girlfriend. Both of them are still alive. NBC’s Ryan Chandler reports for TODAY.
