Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: $BMNR) said Monday its total assets hit a massive $10.7 billion in crypto, cash, and "moonshot" investments. As of March 29, Bitmine reportedly holds a staggering 4,732,082 ETH, nearly 4% of the global supply.

Is Crypto a "War-Time" Asset?

Chairman of Bitmine, Thomas Lee noted that during the fifth week of the Iran conflict, ETH (CRYPTO: $ETH) outperformed equities by 1,160 basis points, while gold lagged by 750. Bitmine has aggressively capitalized on this "mini-crypto winter," ramping up acquisitions to 71,179 ETH in the past week alone. Lee maintains that crypto’s inverse correlation to oil marks it as the premier modern store of value.

The Launch of MAVAN

To monetize its massive reserves, Bitmine officially launched MAVAN (Made in American Validator Network). This institutional-grade staking platform already manages 3.1 million staked ETH ($6.3 billion), generating:

- $177 million in annualized staking revenue - A 2.80% 7-day yield, outperforming the industry-standard,  CESR (Composite Ether Staking Rate) - Potential for $266 million in annual rewards once fully staked

Institutional Dominance

Bitmine ranks as the #2 global corporate treasury, trailing only Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ: $MSTR). With a daily trading volume of $920 million, Bitmine has cracked the top 100 most-traded U.S. stocks, surpassing giants like Delta Airlines.

Lee likened the current regulatory environment—specifically the 2025 GENIUS Act—to the 1971 withdrawal from the gold standard, predicting a similar modernization of financial rails that favours digital assets over traditional commodities.

Shares of Bitmine are trading at $18.53, up 0.73 percent.
