"I am obsessed with this Hamilton Beach Electric Breakfast Sandwich Maker. A couple of years ago, I bought one of those manual style that was basically a small frying pan with an insert and lid, you would add water and the steam would cook the egg, always ended up with watery eggs and no where near the bells and whistles this baby offers. 

First off, you can use English Muffins, bagels, pancakes, basically anything that will fit into the circular base. Once you place your bread in the mold's base, you just add any pre-cooked meat and cheese then slide the second part around, add an egg, scrambled or however you prefer then add the other side of the bread onto the egg, don't worry, the egg will cook and expand and the bread will rise and be toasted. I've been using this every day since I bought it and I am thrilled with the results, even clean up is fast and simple. The device does take a few minutes to heat up but a green indicator light lets you know when it's ready to go, I use the warm up time to get all my ingredients together.
